3 ideas for indoor recess
My students beg for Pop See Ko on a daily basis! Love just doesn’t describe how they feel about this song/dance.
Not only a student favorite – but this is a teacher go to when energy is abounding in the classroom!
In your Dashboard you can find all the Indoor Recess Mixes under the Channels area. Just look for Indoor Recess.
This too is a class favorite because the kids think of centers as “play time” but can confidently let them have extra centers because I know that my centers are all learning activities that gives them a chance to review and practice skills we have learned or are working on. ย I love putting games and hands-on activities in my centers because I know it makes it fun and engaging for the students. ย When the students are begging for extra centers they are begging for more learning time! ย I can go with that any day!
Using tweezers took this sorting center into fine motor practice too!
Graphing practice with fruit loops
Love this post! These are exactly what I like to use for indoor recess! I also use all of these at home when we are snowed in or not getting enough time outside.
